Deep tech moves faster than clarity can form. Technologies evolve quickly, markets shift without warning, and decisions must often be made ahead of full information. To lead well in such conditions, leaders must strengthen their judgement, presence and ability to make sense of shifting signals.
In this session, Professor Ben Bryant will explore how leaders can strengthen these capabilities through the Five Leadership Muscles framework, developing the awareness, sensemaking, and role agility needed to lead with clarity amid uncertainty.

Hold at least 5 to 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in roles involving team management, strategic decision making or company/business creation.
