Clay in Stockholm: WORKSHOP - GTM Engineering - Minimum Expectations for Modern GTM 2026
Clay in Stockholm: GTM Engineering: Minimum Expectations for Modern Go-To-Market
11 September | 10:00–11:00
What if adding more tools, data, and AI agents is actually amplifying the noise in your GTM system instead of driving real revenue?
Every company has a go-to-market system - whether it was deliberately engineered or merely accumulated. Today, commercial teams are under constant pressure to scale with more machinery. But technology cannot replace a clear understanding of your business, your customer, or your market.
In this compact, interactive session hosted by Clay Club Stockholm, we’ll use real-world workflows and live Clay demonstrations to show how deep customer understanding transforms into evidence, action, and learning inside a modern commercial system.
How the workshop works
We'll start promptly at 10:00. Please arrive a few minutes early to grab a coffee and settle in.
Places are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your spot.
This is an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to offer practical frameworks rather than high-level theory.
Please bring a fully charged laptop, as you'll be actively evaluating workflows, teardowns, and live GTM setups throughout the session.
📍 Workshop location: All Tech Open workshops take place in the Workshop Tent, located at the entrance to the Tech Open venue in the tent closest to the fountain in Kungsträdgården.
Who should attend?
This session is designed for commercial leaders, operators, and builders who want to engineer an efficient, scalable GTM engine without getting lost in tool complexity. No advanced technical background is required.
Ideal roles include:
Founders & Executive Leadership: Founders, CEOs, and Commercial Directors defining GTM strategy
Revenue Operations & GTM Systems: RevOps Leads, Head of Sales Operations, GTM System Engineers
Growth, Sales & Marketing: VPs/Heads of Growth, CMOs, VPs of Sales, Demand Generation Leads
Clay & Automation Enthusiasts: Operators looking to see practical, battle-tested Clay and RevOps systems in action
What you'll gain
Foundational GTM Blueprints: A clear model for connecting customer understanding, evidence, action, and paid/unpaid activations.
Explainable ICP Architecture: Practical methods to move beyond basic search filters into sharp, explainable shortlists and focused company targeting.
Tool & AI Evaluation Framework: Better questions to critique automation, AI agents, and tools so you focus only on what drives revenue.
Expert Insights: Direct teardowns and system breakdowns led by experienced professionals leading the space.
This workshop is part of Tech Open, the free open-air tech conference taking place during Nordic Tech Week in the heart of Stockholm.
