In the current global environment, uncertainty can easily translate into anxiety, restlessness, and mental fatigue. As founders and leaders, the pressure to remain calm and make decisions during challenging times can feel overwhelming.
To support our community, we are hosting a guided online session with mindfulness coach Szilvia Vitos, moderated by Manali Kulkarni, focused on understanding anxiety and learning simple tools to regulate the mind and body.
