​PauseAI is a grassroots, bipartisan organization advocating for commonsense regulation on advanced AI. Together, we will:

• ​Fight for a pause on reckless AI development, until it's safe to proceed

• ​Pressure our leaders to pass AI regulations

• ​Hold meetings & events in support of AI guardrails

• ​Become too big to ignore!

​At this first event, we will:

• ​Go over risks posed by AI and the mission of PauseAI

• ​Discuss ways to effectively advocate for AI regulations

• ​Begin contacting local representatives
