IWIB4AI + Berghs HackEthos
Join us for IWIB4AI’s Youth Annual HackEthos, hosted by Berghs School of Communication, and powered by Lovable.
This year’s HackEthos is all about Ai narratives.
The stories we tell about AI shape how we understand it, what we expect from it, and ultimately the futures we consider possible.
Today, much of that narrative is shaped by technology companies, investors, researchers, governments and other powerful institutions. Alongside the promise of AI, public debate increasingly features narratives about job displacement, loss of human control and even existential risks.
But where are young people in this conversation?
HackEthos gives them a seat at the table. A three-hour, hands-on brainstorming experience where students from Berghs, KTH and Stockholm International School will work in interdisciplinary teams to take an assumption about AI that is often presented as inevitable, challenge it, and imagine what else might be possible.
Our process:
DECODE → FLIP → BUILD → RED TEAM
🔍 DECODE. Unpack the story, assumptions and perspectives behind an AI-related issue.
🔄 FLIP. Turn the assumption around and ask: “What if…?”
🛠️ BUILD. Use #Lovable, which has agreed to partner with us, to turn the alternative idea into a tangible working prototype.
🔴 RED TEAM. Stress-test it: Who benefits? Who might lose? What assumptions have we made? What could go wrong?
🔖 The goal is not to produce another presentation or crown a single winner. Instead, we will create a “Museum of Possible AI Futures”, showcasing:
The story we were told → The story we challenged → The future we built
