Most events that you attend are 2 hours of exhausting small talk with zero execution. Not only that, working alone at home or in a chaotic public cafe isn't much better.
The Silent Solution Hour is the antidote: an optimized session designed to unlock deep focus, solve your immediate business bottlenecks or projects, and connect you with like-minded peers.
The Silent Solution Hour isn’t your typical, awkward event. It’s a quiet, focused space built specifically for builders, creators, and entrepreneurs who just need a distraction-free zone to work through their toughest roadblocks. We combine one hour of complete silence with a live, fast-paced brainstorming session right after. It’s a straightforward way to get out of your own head, pitch a problem to a room full of sharp people, and figure out your next steps.
🤫 The Roster (Apply Once)
To make sure everyone in the room can actually help each other, this experience is application-only. We know your time is valuable, so once you’re approved, you are on the roster for good.
🕒 The Game Plan
11:45 AM to 12:15 PM | Arrive & Settle In (30 mins)
Doors open. Grab a seat, pick up your table token, and order your lunch or drink at the bar before we kick things off.
12:15 PM to 1:25 PM | The Silent Solution (60 mins)
A quick intro to how the event operates before diving into deep work. Phones go face down, no talking, and zero interruptions. This is your hour to focus entirely on a single, heavy task.
1:25 PM to 2:25 PM | The Live "Ask" (1 hour)
The silence breaks. We’ll go around the room, and anyone who is currently stuck gets 30 seconds to pitch their specific problem. The floor immediately opens for everyone else to share resources, make introductions, or give direct answers on the spot.
2:25 PM to 3:00 PM+ | Open Conversation & Media (35 mins+)
No rigid networking structure here. Just chat naturally, swap contact info, or dive deeper into the problems we just broke down. We have the space until 4:00 PM, so feel free to stay and keep working if you like.
📜 The Culture (Two Ground Rules)
To keep the room useful for everyone, we have two simple, non-negotiable rules:
1. Total Silence During the Work Hour: Respect everyone else's focus. If you need another coffee, write your order and table number on a sticky note and hand it to the server. No whispering.
2. Leave the Titles at the Door: Let’s forget about corporate hierarchies or status games. When you speak, just talk about what you are building so the room has enough context to help you.
Good: "I'm building an app for local personal trainers as a founder of XXXX, and I'm stuck on how to get my first ten users."
Bad: "I'm the Founder and CEO of a venture-backed software firm and raised 2 million dollars, and my current challenge is..."
Rule of thumb: Skip the "So, what do you do?" small talk entirely.

We partner with exceptional local venues to keep our environment high-signal. Instead of charging a premium ticket fee, entry is covered simply by fueling your own deep-work block. Just grab a coffee, lunch, or a drink at the bar when you settle in. Let's take care of the spaces that host us.
📌A Few Important Details
The Schedule: We run on a permanent Tuesday afternoon rhythm with the event happening every single week throughout the summer months. It will then transition to a bi-weekly schedule once the academic school year begins.
Don't Be Late: We appreciate your cooperation in arriving on time to allow the event to progress smoothly.
Flexibility: We keep things flexible on the ground. If a brainstorming session is going incredibly well, we might adjust the timing slightly on the spot to make sure everyone gets their questions answered.
Location: To protect our builders' focus, the exact address is kept exclusive to approved roster members. The event is permanently held at private hospitality spaces located in the heart of Downtown Toronto's Financial District.
Dress Code: Come as you are. Just be ready to get things done.
