Learn to photograph with your smartphone or camera while exploring one of Portugal’s most magical and iconic villages.
Join Nazaret Nascimento, a professional photographer and videographer with over 15 years of experience, for a relaxed and inspiring photo walk through some of Sintra’s most colorful and photogenic spots. As you explore the village, Nazaret will guide you in real time helping you see light, composition and color in a completely new way, whether you are shooting with a smartphone or a camera.
This is not just a walk. It is a hands-on photography experience where learning happens naturally as you move through the streets, gardens and historic centre of Sintra.
At the start of the experience, each participant receives a surprise color challenge. Throughout the walk, you will build your own curated set of images around that color, training your eye to find beauty in the unexpected, the overlooked and the everyday.
The experience ends with a dedicated 30-minute creative session where participants work on their final images before the collective showcase.
After the event, all participants will be featured in a collective Instagram post at @photowalks.portugal, a visual exhibition where different colors and perspectives come together to tell the story of Sintra.

By joining this experience, participants agree to the use of the photos they create during the event, as well as images and video footage captured during the activity, for promotional purposes related to this project.
This experience will be conducted in English. Portuguese support available upon request. Guests can use any smartphone or camera.
