The dynamic of this structure with the classic “big tech” environment of fast moving, rapidly evolving, engineering-centric culture creates both compelling opportunities and unique challenges for Chiefs of Staff.
In this session, we will discuss the core elements of what characterizes a big tech CoS experience, how to balance the needs of your leader with company demands, and secrets to success in a technology led company. (Think operating well in a highly cross functional system.)
The session will begin with an overview provided by a small panel of experienced big tech CoSs, followed by an AMA Session!
