β€‹πŸ‘ƒπŸ‘‚βœ‹ Join us for an evening mixer with Professor Marianna Obrist, Professor of Multisensory Interfaces at UCL’s Department of Computer Science, currently visiting Singapore as a guest of NUS.

Prof Obrist leads groundbreaking research at the intersection of technology and the senses, from taste and smell to touch, and explores how digital experiences can engage the full spectrum of human perception. Her work has been featured by Reuters, Voice of America (VoA), and the World Economic Forum, and her research continues to inspire new frontiers in sensory computing.

This will be an intimate gathering for UCL alumni to hear directly from Prof Obrist in an informal setting, exchange ideas across disciplines, and network with fellow UCL alumni over drinks and conversation.

About the Speaker:
Prof Marianna Obrist is Professor of Multisensory Interfaces at UCL, where she co-leads the Multi-Sensory Devices (MSD) research group. Her work spans human-computer interaction, neuroscience, and design, with applications in immersive experiences, well-being, and next-generation technologies.

She is also co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Hynt Labs, a spin-out developing digital scent technologies for personalised sleep solutions.
