About Event

🌱 Regen Action, Hands-on Bioregional Regeneration

Regen Action is an impact-driven gathering designed to regenerate the Arrábida bioregion faster and more effectively together.

Join a community of like-minded people for a focused, hands-on morning/ or full day supporting one of the region’s selected regenerative sites. Each Regen Action follows the same framework: learn by doing, contribute meaningful impact, and strengthen the living systems we depend on.

You’ll work directly with soil, plants, trees, and tools — responding to the real, seasonal needs of the land. Every action is intentional, practical, and part of a wider regenerative vision.

Regen Actions evolve with the site and the season, but always offer:

  • Direct ecological impact

  • Practical learning in regeneration

  • Skill-building through real work

  • Connection with a growing regenerative community

  • Often, a shared moment of tea infused / plants harvested

🙌 What to expect to this Regen Action

For this session, the focus is on supporting the Site #1 - Regen Lab Forest with the crucial winter maintenance work, in order to speed up regeneration of the targeted trees and soil microbiology.

  • Pruning selected plants to reinforce structure and resilience

  • Cutting, and spreading biomass to protect soil and nourish target trees

  • Clearing out the walking paths

One action at a time. Real impact. Shared effort.

🌿 Led by Regenerative Change Makers, Leaders

Regen Actions are guided by experienced regenerative practitioners, including Mathias(CEO, Regen Waves), Pedro(Agroforestry Developer & Researcher), and Maria(Regenerative Nature Guide & Agroforester).

Their role is to hold the framework, read the land, and guide the group so that every action contributes meaningfully to a living regenerative project, while deepening your understanding of ecosystem regeneration in practice.
