Tea and cheese: an underrated combination – surprisingly wonderful, sensorially fascinating. In this tasting session, we’ll guide you through four exciting cheese and tea pairings: Should you start with a piece of cheese, or perhaps a sip of tea? How does the aroma of the tea change when a piece of cheese is melting on your tongue? Which teas pair particularly well with which cheeses?

Four selected cheeses, four carefully curated teas, 90 minutes of pure indulgence. Let’s taste, smell and savour together, rekindling old memories and creating new ones. We look forward to seeing you!

For more than ten years, Laura Kaldinski has been discovering the culinary delights and flavours of the world on her cultural journeys and capturing them in journalistic reports. She visits cheese farms and families worldwide, spends time with the people of craftsmanship, and brings her impressions to life in her writing & at events in Berlin. To this end, she launched the monthly series Not Just Cheese! for cheese and culture enthusiasts, as well as the Berlin Cheese Roundtable for cheesemakers and mongers.
Her current rabbit hole: the fascinating culture and flavours of the world of tea as a tea sommelier.
