What do you need to bring to this women-only Breathwork and Journalling session?

​Bring your diary & pen and any art supplies you may like to use.

​You can buy your own coffee and settle in for this experience.

​We'll open this two-hour long session with breathwork exercises, ease into mood check-in, followed by guided prompts to journal and wrap it up with an optional sharing.

​You'll leave with more hope and connection.

​HOSTS:

​Radhika Mohta leads her life with curiosity and a portfolio career centered on Relationships as Infrastructure. She is a Matchmaker and Relationship Coach, Vibe Curator @ Radhika's Library and a Guest Faculty at IIM Bangalore. She lives and works in HSR, Bengaluru.
