You're about to give everything on the course. After Wings for Life, come slow down, breathe, and let your body recover the right way - together with Run and Chill and MASSAY in HOLD SPACE.
Join us for an intimate evening of heat, breathwork, and genuine connection. We've partnered with Dryll and Therabody to give you hands-on time with some of the best recovery tools out there, so you can feel exactly what your body needs after race day. Bring your swimming clothes for the sauna.
The Evening
16:15–16:30 — Arrive & Reflect. Settle in, grab a moment, and share your first impressions from the race
16:30–17:45 — Sauna & Recovery. Two rotating groups: one in the sauna, one exploring recovery products from Dryll and Therabody. Then we switch
17:45–18:30 — Deep Breathwork. A guided session by MASSAY to bring your nervous system back to earth
18:30–19:00 — Group story sharing, laughs, and honest race reflections in a circle.
19:00 - End.
