MTLC CAIO Peer Group
MTLC’s CAIO Peer Group brings together leaders who are responsible for driving AI strategy and adoption inside their organizations. Like all MTLC peer groups, this is a trusted space for a curated group of peers to exchange ideas, share challenges, and learn from one another — a place to ask questions, test approaches, and know you’re not navigating this evolving role alone.
For our June 26 session, we’ll focus on AI memory systems — the emerging “memory layer” that lets AI agents and copilots actually remember your organization’s knowledge, not just respond to one-off prompts. We’ll explore how different teams are designing this layer (vector DBs, knowledge graphs, RAG, internal wikis, logs, CRM data), where it’s already creating business value, and what can go wrong when memory is fragmented, unsecured, or full of low-quality data.
This will be a practitioner-led conversation about real architectural choices, governance and security questions, and how to tie AI memory investments to concrete outcomes instead of just larger context windows.
