About Event

An exclusive, in-person session for people who live frontline hiring day to day. No booths, no decks. Small group, real conversation about what is actually breaking in hourly hiring right now: talent availability, hard-to-fill roles, candidate drop-off, and where AI is starting to earn trust in sourcing and screening (and where it is not).

Why This Exists
If you hire for hourly and frontline teams, you are solving the same problems as a hundred other people doing this work, mostly alone. The Hourly Collective brings together a small group of TA and HR leaders in healthcare, franchise, hospitality, and logistics to work through it together. This is not a networking event. It is a working session: you come to contribute, hear how other people are thinking about the same problems, and leave with a few concrete ideas and a few people you can actually call the next time something comes up.

What You're Signing Up For

  • An honest look at where hourly hiring is breaking down today, and where current recruiting models are creating friction

  • Two working roundtables: one surfacing where the friction actually lives, one asking what you would build if you designed hourly hiring from scratch

  • A live synthesis of the morning into a small set of opportunities worth continuing to explore as a group

  • Talks from people doing this work inside their own teams, not vendors

  • Real time with peers solving the same problems

  • Breakfast and lunch, on us
