Meet Regional Corporate Leaders. Explore New Markets. Unlock Your Next Business Partnership.

What if your next customer, corporate partner, strategic investor or international expansion opportunity was one conversation away?

As part of Cradle LIVE! Summit 2026, StartupX and Cradle Fund Malaysia are bringing together six senior representatives from five regional and international organisations for an exclusive corporate-startup matchmaking session.

Representing organisations from Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, with connections extending across ASEAN and global markets, these leaders bring experience in corporate innovation, venture capital, technology commercialisation, property development, cross-border partnerships, aerospace and defence innovation.

Whether you're building enterprise AI, fintech, PropTech, climate technology, robotics, industrial solutions or other innovative technologies, this is an opportunity to understand what organisations are exploring, introduce your solutions and start meaningful business conversations.

How the Session Works

Part 1: Inside the Corporate Opportunity — Reverse Pitches & Moderated Conversation

4:05 PM – 4:20 PM

Before matchmaking begins, get to know the organisations and their representatives through a fast-paced, interactive corporate spotlight.

Moderated by Raymond Doraisamy from StartupX, the conversation will introduce the participating companies and explore:

  • What does each organisation do, and where does it operate?

  • What kinds of technologies, startups and innovations are relevant to its business?

  • How does the organisation typically engage with startups?

  • What might a successful pilot, strategic partnership or market-entry collaboration look like?

  • What should founders prepare before approaching a corporate partner?

Rather than lengthy presentations, this moderated session is designed to give founders practical insights into the opportunities available and help them make the most of their subsequent meetings.

Part 2: Curated Corporate-Startup Business Matching

4:20 PM – 5:55 PM

Following the corporate introductions, participating startups will move into dedicated one-on-one business matching sessions with selected corporate representatives.

Each conversation is intended to help both parties:

  • Introduce their businesses, products and capabilities.

  • Identify potential use cases and strategic alignment.

  • Explore proof-of-concepts, pilots and commercial adoption opportunities.

  • Discuss distribution, partnerships and international market access.

  • Identify concrete next steps for further engagement.

Startup matching will be curated based on industry relevance, corporate interests and the potential for meaningful collaboration.

Part 3: Wrap-Up & Next Steps

5:55 PM – 6:00 PM

We'll close with a brief recap and outline how promising conversations can progress into follow-up meetings, deeper discussions and potential partnerships.
