• Full AV, lighting, and sound system setup. Internet and stream verification with redundancy testing. Laptop and terminal prep for traders. Camera placements and stage lighting verification. Onboard signage and FOMOED branding setup. Dry run for production team (mic checks, stream sync, backup testing)

• Guest arrival at Dubai Marina pier, Welcome cocktails and introductions, Trader meet-and-greet and light networking, Photo ops and onboard b-roll capture

• Yacht departs marina, cruising toward filming location. Host welcome and safety briefing. Scenic b-roll collection (Atlantis Royale / Palm Jumeirah views) Audio and mic tests during sail

• Anchor at set location. Final lighting and audio adjustments, Stream test and camera framing for onboard and remote traders, Trader prep: final strategy setup and tech checks, Production cue run-through
