La Table Invitée is welcomed at M8triarch, Graça, a sanctuary for artists and gatherings, for a special Portugal Terra dinner, lovingly prepared by Chef Rémi, Cook of Good Tastes.
A seasonal dinner inspired by the rural heart of Portuguese cuisine. Slow cooking, fire, olive oil, earthy flavors — simple, generous, and authentic.
In Portuguese, Terra is more than earth.
It is homeland. Origin. The soil that shapes flavor, memory, and belonging.
Portugal’s culinary identity is rooted in what the land yields — olive oil pressed from ancient groves, wild herbs carried by Atlantic wind, root vegetables drawn from mineral-rich ground, vineyards shaped by sun and stone. It is a cuisine defined by restraint, seasonality, and depth.
For this intimate evening, Chef Remi presents a multi-course dinner exploring land, texture, and elemental flavor.
Aperitif — Amuse-bouches & Cocktail Tragédia
Starter — Open mushroom ravioli with sheep’s cheese & clear wild mushroom broth.
Main — Portuguese slow-braised black pork neck, wrapped in savoy cabbage, roasted baby potatoes, parsnip purée and red onion pickles
Dessert — Queijadas with Ginja liqueur and sour cherry compote
The experience will unfold within the walls of M8triarch, where table and conversation become part of the composition.

The dinner includes a curated selection of Portuguese wines, with 1 glass of cocktail at the aperitif & 2 glasses of wine during the dinner per person.
