🌱 About Metiquity Ventures
Fund II focused on Pre-Seed companies (typically $0–$250,000 in revenue)
Invests in Software companies, including:
B2B SaaS
Vertical AI
AI-native software
NOT INVEST IN:
Healthcare
AgTech
Typical cheque size: $500,000–$600,000
Prefers to lead rounds and be the first institutional-quality investor
MVP preferred, but strong teams may be considered earlier
Looking for AI and/or ML that is foundational to the product, not just an add-on
Typically prefers founding teams over solo founders
At least one founder should have deep domain expertise in the industry they are solving for

📝 How It Works
Submit your pitch deck through the application form
The Metiquity team will review all submissions
Only selected founders will be invited to Investor Office Hours
Selected founders will receive a Calendly link to book a 30-minute meeting slot
During the session, founders will have a conversation and receive direct feedback from Bryan and Mattye
Meetings will be held in person at Platform Calgary
Applications for the July 15 cohort will be accepted until July 10.
Applications for the July 29 cohort will be accepted until July 20.

Please review Metiquity's investment thesis carefully and ensure your startup aligns with their criteria. Due to limited availability, priority will be given to companies that closely fit the fund's investment focus.
