AI for Small Business: A Hands-On Claude Workshop
Registration update: This workshop has reached its 40-person capacity. Join the waitlist, and we’ll release additional spots if openings become available.
Most AI events are built for developers and startups. This one is for the people running businesses.
In May, Anthropic introduced Claude for Small Business—a package of connectors and ready-to-run workflows designed to help small businesses use Claude across tools such as QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
These capabilities can help with work such as preparing for payroll, organizing the month-end close, following up on invoices, analyzing leads, and developing marketing campaigns—with people reviewing and approving important actions.
This free, hands-on workshop will help small business owners, operators, and their teams apply Claude to real work. You’ll learn how to:
Identify business tasks that are good candidates for AI
Write prompts that produce useful, reliable results
Build a repeatable workflow around a real business problem
Understand how Claude can work alongside your existing tools
Recognize where human judgment and review still matter
No technical background is required. If you can use email, you can do this.
Before attending, you will need:
A laptop and power adapter
The Claude app installed on your laptop
An active Claude subscription
A real task or problem from your business to work on
Please install the app and sign in before arriving so we can spend the workshop building rather than troubleshooting accounts. Access to particular connectors may depend on your Claude plan and permissions for the software you want to connect.
Bring your laptop and a problem from your actual business. You’ll leave with a working workflow you built yourself—and something you can use the next morning.
Buechler Pacific is a member of the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic’s program for firms helping organizations adopt Claude. The workshop is led by Adam Buechler, founder of Buechler Pacific, a Hawaii-based AI implementation and data consulting practice serving mid-market organizations across the islands.
