AI in Healthcare: From Pilot to Production — An Executive Dinner

​Every health system and healthtech company in New York is running AI pilots. Very few have gotten them into production — inside a clinical workflow, through security review, integrated with the EHR, and actually used.

​On September 9, we're bringing together a dozen leaders from both sides of that problem — CIOs and technology executives from the region's health systems and payers, and the CTOs and product leaders building for them — for one table, one conversation, and a very good Greek dinner.

​No slides. No pitches. No recording. Just an off-the-record conversation among peers about what's actually working: build vs. buy vs. partner, getting past pilot purgatory, integrating with Epic without a two-year timeline, and where AI is quietly delivering real ROI right now.

​The format: Cocktails at 6:30, seated at 7:00, wrapped by 9:00 so everyone makes their train. Family-style dinner and drinks are on us. Seats are limited to 12 and confirmed by approval.
