Project Finance Fundamentals Workshop (with Modeling Exercise)

​Join GreenBridge Infrastructure for a hands-on Project Finance Fundamentals Workshop designed to help students and early-career professionals build a real understanding of how large energy and infrastructure projects are financed.

This us a 100% practical learning session (no fluff) and is best fit for beginners trying to learn the core concepts and modeling practices in project finance.

​The session will begin with a brief presentation introducing key project finance concepts: how projects are structured, what makes them “bankable,” and how lenders evaluate cash flows, risk, and repayment.

​We’ll then move into a guided financial modeling exercise, where participants will learn how to:

• ​Forecast Cash Flow Available for Debt Service (CFADS)

• ​Perform Debt Sizing and Sculpting to achieve target DSCRs

• ​Analyze unlevered and levered IRRs

• ​Run sensitivities on key variables

​All attendees will receive a copy of the presentation slides and financial model to continue practicing after the session.

​No prior experience is required. There will be 10-15 mins for Q&A at the end of the session.
