Project Finance Fundamentals Workshop (with Modeling Exercise)
Join GreenBridge Infrastructure for a hands-on Project Finance Fundamentals Workshop designed to help students and early-career professionals build a real understanding of how large energy and infrastructure projects are financed.
This us a 100% practical learning session (no fluff) and is best fit for beginners trying to learn the core concepts and modeling practices in project finance.
The session will begin with a brief presentation introducing key project finance concepts: how projects are structured, what makes them “bankable,” and how lenders evaluate cash flows, risk, and repayment.
We’ll then move into a guided financial modeling exercise, where participants will learn how to:
Forecast Cash Flow Available for Debt Service (CFADS)
Perform Debt Sizing and Sculpting to achieve target DSCRs
Analyze unlevered and levered IRRs
Run sensitivities on key variables
All attendees will receive a copy of the presentation slides and financial model to continue practicing after the session.
No prior experience is required. There will be 10-15 mins for Q&A at the end of the session.
