He has driven double-digit YoY revenue growth, managed $5M+ budgets, and successfully scaled startups from $7M to $250M run rates while navigating acquisitions from $30M to $1B. Dimitri has led teams of up to 30 people and is a 3X CMO.
Prior to being the CMO of Spacelift, Dimitri served as CMO at venture-backed technology companies including Brinqa and Devo. He has also held leadership roles in marketing and product strategy at Pwnie Express, Riverbed Technology, Mazu Networks, and Cisco Systems.
Mary O’Hara – Head of Demand Generation, COE | Hiper. Mary O’Hara is a demand generation leader with deep experience across cybersecurity, data, and AI companies. She currently leads Hiper’s Demand Generation Center of Excellence, working directly with B2B teams to design and operate engagement-led demand engines.
