In 2021, she answered a deeper spiritual calling and became a licensed minister, stepping into the role of a servant leader who uplifts and supports others with unwavering faith and compassion.
Certified in Executive Leadership and Professional Coaching, Benita is a transformational and developmental strategist at heart. She’s passionate about empowering individuals to break through barriers, develop new skills, and unleash their full potential. Partnering with leaders, she helps them journey from self-doubt to confidence, sparking breakthroughs that fuel lasting success.
Currently, Benita is pursuing her Certification in Transformational Leadership and Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Texas at Dallas.
