Who This Is For
This sprint is for business leaders, managers and team leads who are responsible for improving services, operations, productivity, customer experience or internal processes. The programme will support you to bring the team with you in AI and business change.
What You Will Work On
During the sprint, you will work on a practical AI opportunity from your own organisation.
This could include:
Improving a repetitive process
Creating an internal knowledge assistant
Improving customer or employee support
Automating parts of a workflow
Creating a simple AI enabled service concept
The aim is to move from “we should do something with AI” to a clear, structured and practical plan.
What You Will Leave With
By the end of the sprint, you will have:
A clear AI opportunity statement
A prioritised use case and business case
A prototype or MVP concept
An implementation worksheet and sponsor ready action plan
Clear next steps for testing, piloting or internal discussion
The prototype will be lightweight and practical. It may be a simple interface, workflow, prompt based assistant, mock up or demonstrator.
