Step behind the scenes of The Second Circle Institute (2CI) — the leadership accelerator and peer network built specifically for the “second circle” of leaders: the directors, VPs, and senior team leads who drive execution but don’t yet hold ultimate authority.

​This interactive virtual session offers a glimpse into 2CI’s immersive learning style — combining real-world leadership scenarios, practical frameworks, and candid peer dialogue. You’ll experience a bit of what members do inside the Accelerator, while also learning more about the upcoming Fall 2025 cohort in Charlotte (November 17–19).
