When Psychology Meets UX is an event series created for UX designers and product thinkers who are curious about the human side of decision-making and how it shows up in real products.
We’re excited to welcome you to BCGX HQ in Berlin for an evening of design thinking, product leadership, and decision-making under real product pressure.
This edition focuses on how designers can step into product leadership roles by reframing problems, navigating trade-offs, and bringing user needs back into high-pressure product environments.
What you can expect
You’ll spend the evening exploring how design thinking evolves beyond a process into a leadership mindset, and why designers are uniquely equipped to drive strategic product decisions. Arathi will share practical insights on reframing problems, making decisions under uncertainty, and staying user-centered when business and delivery pressures take over.
We’ll leave plenty of time at the end to hang out, meet new people, and keep the conversation going over food and drinks.
