Lara Stein, Founder, TedX, Lara Stein is a globally recognized leader in technology, education, innovation, and sustainability. With a proven track record of founding and scaling transformative initiatives, she has built platforms that have empowered millions and reshaped industries. As the Founder of Regenerative Consulting, she provides strategic guidance to financial institutions, family offices such as Bedari and MJF, art institutions like QMA, tech startups, and policy-driven organizations including Stand Together, MIT, Cortico and Future US. Her expertise lies in developing regenerative and sustainable strategies that drive systemic change. Previously, she founded and served as the CEO of Boma Global, a worldwide network dedicated to transformational learning, grounded in intelligence, ethics, and sustainability. Under her leadership, Boma established local partners across multiple continents, creating high-impact learning experiences. After successfully scaling and selling the organization, she remains a trusted advisor and board member. As the Founder and Global Director of TEDx, Lara spearheaded the expansion of TED into a global movement, enabling thousands of leaders to share ideas on a massive scale. During her tenure, TEDx grew into a cultural and educational phenomenon, with over 8,000 events held in 1,200 cities across 133 countries, generating more than 50,000 talks and over a billion views on YouTube. She played a pivotal role in launching TEDxWomen, TEDYouth, and TEDxYouth, expanding TED’s reach to diverse and underrepresented voices. She also created TEDx in a Box, which allowed for broader global accessibility, and directed the TED Prize, increasing its award from $100,000 to $1 million while establishing the program’s operational infrastructure. Beyond TEDx and Boma, Lara has been a driving force behind several groundbreaking initiatives. As a founding member of ReGenDAO, she helped conceptualize an innovative funding model and global community for regenerative projects, bringing together leaders from banking, science, entrepreneurship, and futurism. She led the global expansion of Singularity University as Managing Director, establishing its impact in international markets. Daniella Foster - Bayer, Global Head of Public Affairs, Market Access & Sustainability, Daniella Foster is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Public Affairs, Market Access and
Sustainability for Bayer’s Consumer Health Division. In this role, she is responsible for global public affairs and policy, and embedding sustainability into the divisional business model, including strategy and ambition development, stakeholder engagement, proactive issues management, digital integration, implementation and impact stewardship. An integrity-driven leader, Foster has worked with billion-dollar brands and across private and public sectors, from Hilton and Mars to the United States White House, State Department and United Nations. She has a proven track record in driving strategy, change management, business integration and transformation across consumer goods, health, hospitality and government industries. Michelle Del Valle - DEL VALLE, CEO, Michelle Del Valle is a visionary engineer whose career applies systems thinking to complex challenges across science, infrastructure, and land. She began her career in pharmaceutical drug development before founding FinSat, a geospatial AI company, to design integrated food, energy, and water platforms in defense and civilian contexts. Building on a multigenerational family real estate portfolio, she now leads DEL VALLE, a regenerative real estate and infrastructure platform grounded in “valley thinking”: a place-based model that integrates land, food systems, energy, manufacturing, and culture as a single economic system. Across sectors, the through-line of her work is engineering discipline: designing resilient systems, aligning capital and incentives, and translating technical complexity into durable, long-term asset value.
Kim Jannett - CMO, Rendezvous, Kim Jennett is a narrative strategist and brand architect for the world’s most ambitious technologies, currently serving as CMO for Rendezvous Robotics. From Earth to orbit, her work helps companies translate systems into stories that earn trust, inspire belief, and unlock momentum. She has shaped the public-facing identities of organizations at the edge of innovation—including Firefly Aerospace, Overair, and Glydways—building brand systems from the ground up, leading international media and investor strategies, and working at the frontier as one of the first marketers to have ever taken a commercial rocket to orbit. Named one of the Top 100 Women of GreenTech for 2024, Kim is recognized for leading high-impact campaigns, securing global media partnerships, and delivering measurable results across deeply technical industries. She began her career building brand systems for companies like Levi Strauss, Visa, HP, and See’s Candies. She was later recruited into aerospace not to simplify it—but to humanize it.
