Minal Jobanputra is an ICF Certified Coach and Organisation Development consultant with 18+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, DEI and OD. She has worked with organisations including Mahindra Finance, Oberoi Realty, Runwal Developers and Tech Mahindra. She is the Founder of Vynexa Consulting, where she partners with organisations on leadership development, succession planning and culture change. Minal is also an MBTI Certified Practitioner and studied Organisation Development, Change & Leadership at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
