The Lottery - Pop-Up Circle

Circle starts at 7, get there a little early to grab a good seat.

Pop-Up Circles are one-night conversations built around a short story, essay, or similar short-sized work.

Smaller than our regular Circles and capped at 30 people, these evenings are designed to be intimate, experimental, and easy to jump into. No month-long commitment required.

Read the piece beforehand, then join us for a guided discussion with good people in a beautiful space. If you need help finding the work, reach out to us.

Please Note: This takes place in a real community garden that contains rabbits, chickens, ducks, insects, and many other living organisms, for this reason we cannot accommodate dogs.

Media Notice: We document the room sometimes. Photos/videos may be used for VBC socials and updates. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know when you arrive.
