Please note that this course has a commitment of attending at least 3 of the 4 x 3.5 hour in person sessions.
THIS COURSE IS FOR ANYONE WISHING TO DEVELOP OR DEEPEN A MINDFULNESS PRACTICE FOR THEIR OWN WELLBEING. AND WISHES TO DO SO IN A FUN AND CREATIVE WAY AMONG COLLEAGUES.
This course combines –
• applied theatre as a process of dynamic enquiry
• mindfulness as a process of personal insight
• group dynamics as a process of sharing and compassion and
• journaling for flow to help integrate soul and purpose
to create a synergy of joyful and profound journeying into the heart of the matter.
The course is taught over 4 x 3.5 hour sessions with guided meditations, creative challenges and handy hacks to practice between sessions, supported by handouts and online resources.

Sylwer bod y cwrs hwn yn gofyn am ymrwymiad i fynychu o leiaf 3 o’r 4 sesiwn wyneb yn wyneb (3.5 awr yr un).

Mae’r cwrs hwn yn cyfuno –
• theatr gymhwysol fel proses o ymholiad deinamig
• meddwlgarwch fel proses o fewnwelediad personol
• deinameg grŵp fel proses o rannu a thosturi
• dyddlyfrio ar gyfer llif i helpu integreiddio enaid a phwrpas
i greu synergedd o daith lawen a dwys i galon y mater.
Caiff y cwrs ei addysgu dros 4 sesiwn o 3.5 awr, gyda myfyrdodau dan arweiniad, heriau creadigol a thriciau ymarferol i’w hymarfer rhwng y sesiynau, wedi’u cefnogi gan daflenni gwybodaeth ac adnoddau ar-lein.
