Attritable systems demand hundreds of design variants per program, which is the exact cycle traditional CAD struggles with. nTop encodes the design logic once so thousands of variants regenerate from a single model.

​From model to metal without the bottlenecks that kill defense programs. We partnered with Machina Labs on a Class 3 UAV airframe demonstrator built without hard tooling at any stage. The pipeline runs from parametric model in nTop straight to robotic forming and laser-welded aluminum assembly. The physical demonstrator will be on display at our booth.
