• ​Lauren Onstad, BPS, and Nathalie Hansen, Sabin CDC, will introduce a proposal to develop more pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plans and discuss how these permit-ready designs can help homeowners navigate the development process more efficiently while expanding housing options.
