We are thrilled to welcome the brilliant Molly Sonsteng who will be hosting a special gathering for us, dedicated to the art of listening!

Learn how a master-gatherer creates their experiences - by attending one and then hearing the thought process behind it all.

About Molly Sonsteng
Molly Sonsteng is a producer and experience designer who believes play is serious business. A trained opera singer with a background at Carnegie Hall and the Manhattan School of Music, she now designs games and gatherings through her company, Madcap Factory, including Inconspicuous Games, a secret field game for corporate teams in public spaces.

​Molly co-founded Caveday, a community built around deep focus and a healthier relationship to work. She also hosts intimate listening evenings in her home and in public spaces, sharing classical music alongside the history and culture that surrounds it.
