A Closed-Door Conversation: Preparing Leaders for AI
Join a closed-door conversation with other HR and L&D leaders on how to support your organisation with AI adoption.
With so much noise, uncertainty and unknowns when it comes to AI adoption, especially as it's moving at such pace, we're giving you the opportunity to work through some of the common challenges you're experiencing with your peers in this working group session.
You're probably already seeing that the real challenge isn’t just the technology and how people use it, but around how leaders are expected to manage the change that comes with it. Especially when there's a lack of clarity around "what good looks like" and a sense of unease that AI is here to take people's jobs.
We’re hosting a closed-door conversation for HR and L&D leaders to explore what this actually looks like in practice by answering questions around:
👉 Where are leaders in your org struggling?
👉 What support do they need?
👉 How are you building the capability for leaders to lead through AI-driven change?
This is a peer discussion and round-table, not a webinar.
You'll have a chance to:
Share what you’re seeing across your organisation
Compare approaches to supporting managers and leaders
Learn what’s working (and what isn’t) in practice
We’ll also be using the session to better understand how we support leaders and managers to navigate AI change more effectively, so your input will directly shape what gets built next (and naturally, we'll share the insights with you too)
This session has a limited number of places. If you have been offered a place and can no longer attend, please cancel your space so it can be offered to someone else.
Who's the session for?
HR/ People and L&D leaders responsible for supporting leaders and managers to lead change through AI transformation.
Will a recording be available?
No. This is a closed-door conversation aimed to give you an opportunity to collaborate and problem solve with peers in a safe and confidential space.
What type of companies are joining?
To keep the groups relevant, we'll ask for some company demographic details as part of your registration. This is so we can curate groups, so that you'll collaborate with organisations of a similar size and industry.
We're expecting this session to be popular, so we'll let you know once your registration has been approved.
How many people will be joining?
We want to keep the sessions intentionally small, so depending on the interest, we may run more than one session.
I've been put on the waitlist. What happens next?
If the session is full you'll be added to the waitlist and notified if a space becomes available.
