Think of a challenge in your daily work then build something that solves it. Whether that's a recruiting copilot, an onboarding assistant, or a global mobility workflow, you'll go from idea to working product in a single afternoon. No coding experience needed.
Elva, Lovable, and Deel are teaming up to give People & Talent teams a hands-on afternoon to explore what AI can actually do for them. Hosted at Illusian's office in the heart of Helsinki.
With support from Elva (the modern employee relocation provider), Lovable (the world's leading AI app-building platform), and Deel (the global HR and payroll platform), you'll pick a real people ops challenge and turn it into a working AI tool your team can use from day one. No coding. No technical background needed.
This is not another workshop or panel. It's a half-day where you get to build something real, and walk away with new tools, new ideas, and new connections, plus food, snacks, and goodies to take home.

You won't be left to figure it out alone. Throughout the afternoon, you'll have hands-on support from:
Elva product specialists and relocation experts — helping you turn ideas into functional prototypes.
Lovable AI specialists — helping you design automations and build AI logic without writing a single line of code.
Deel HR experts — helping you shape business impact, global payroll flows, and people ops storytelling with AI.
You'll move through structured checkpoints so that by the end of the afternoon, your team has a working AI app and a story to tell.
