NEAR Legion: [A]tlas Exchange of [I]deas [online sessions]
Atlas Exchange is an online hub for builders to meet other Atlas Exchange is an online hub for builders to meet other builders from around the globe, sharing ideas, insights and inspiration.
The weekly sessions are designed to highlight the people, projects and lessons shaping the future of AI.
Part spotlight and part vibes, we highlight the humans behind the projects, create connections and explore new ideas together.
This Saturday: Building AI Agents That Never Get Lost
This week we’re diving into Interpretable Context Methodology: Folder Structure as Agentic Architecture by Jake Van Clief and David McDermott.
We’ll explore a different way of thinking about AI agents: instead of building complicated multi-agent systems, what if you could use folders, Markdown files, routing and persistent context to guide one agent through your entire workflow?
We’ll break down ideas like:
Model Workspace Protocol (MWP)
Files and folders as agent architecture
Giving agents a map of where to go and what to do
Persistent context outside of any single LLM
Switching between Claude, Codex and other agents without losing your workflow
Building an AI system that can pick up where you left off
We’ll also experiment with how these ideas could be used in our own Build City and NEAR Legion workflows.
Come ready to discuss, experiment and build.
