

Morning Yin Yoga
Start your day by grounding and opening your body under the morning sun.
This yin yoga session is designed to gently wake up your joints and fascia, release overnight tension and create mental clarity before diving into a day of coding and problem-solving.
Yin can:

🪑 Counteract long hours at the desk with deep hip, back, and shoulder openings.
⚡ Boost creativity & resilience by slowing down and reconnecting to your breath.
🌞 Set a steady rhythm for the day, balancing the high stimulation of tech life.
Bring: a yoga mat, a sweater or light layer (it can feel cool while holding poses) and anything else that makes you comfortable (water bottle, small towel).
We’ll practice outdoors on the terrace, soaking up the morning light and setting an intentional tone for the day ahead.
