Rise Together: Empowering Women Through Meaningful Conversations

​​Join LTUX chapters across North America for a community-driven event focused on normalizing dialogue around bias, elevating women’s voices, and creating positive change in leadership spaces. Together, we’ll explore the subtle barriers women often face—from double standards to unseen emotional labor—and discuss practical ways to shift workplace culture.

​This interactive session will include an interactive activity, such as reflection prompts and small-group discussions, designed to spark honest conversation and shared learning. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage directly with our speakers during an open Q&A, offering space to ask questions, share experiences, and gain actionable insights.

About Sarah:
Dr. Sarah Suleri is a UX Leader and Design Strategist based in Toronto, specializing in ethical AI experiences. She currently serves as Manager, UX Design (AI Experience & Enablement) at Thomson Reuters, where she spearheads the AI vision work and leads complex initiatives across the company’s portfolios.
