演讲嘉宾：胥晶晶
胥晶晶女士是一位技术投资专业人士，拥有丰富的跨境投资经验。她曾为一线科技公司如Paddle、Rockley Photonics、Emerge Vaccines、Capdesk、Holoride等在生物技术、医疗技术、金融技术、深度科技等多个领域与中国大型企业如中国医药集团公司、吉利、孚能科技、中关村集团等达成商业交易。
胥女士是Fuel Ventures（FV）的合伙人，也是Fuel Ventures亚洲办公室的董事合伙人。FV是英国领先的早期风险投资基金。胥女士负责FV的国际投资、业务发展以及筹资和投资者关系，包括从中国硅谷中关村获得资金。2018年，她被胡润报告评为“风险投资新星”。她是唯一连续三年（2023，2022年和2021年）被评为英国科技行业顶级亚洲明星的亚洲女性风险投资合伙人。胥女士还担任伦敦一家上市公司（OBOR）的主板顾问，领导其全球收购交易，并担任伦敦大学学院（UCL）的行业客座教授。
在加入FV之前，胥女士曾担任InvestUK的中国区负责人，这是一家专注于通过帮助国际私人客户投资英国企业经济来促进外国直接投资的英国投资公司。胥女士成功地为30多项外国直接投资引入了超过5亿英镑的资金，并与中国投资者建立了长期关系。
此外，胥女士也是一名企业家，在中国创办了两所学校，拥有300多名学生，提供剑桥国际教育认证的A-Level课程。胥女士拥有法律管理和金融硕士学位以及市场营销学士学位。

Jing is a technology investment professional with extensive experience in cross-border investing including funds fundraising for Venture Capital and companies. She has a lot of experience with cross-board investing including fundraising for VC and companies, strategic partnerships, and go- to-market strategies in Chinese markets, including launching and closing commercial deals for Tier 1 technology companies like Paddle, Rockley Photonics, Emerge Vaccines, Capdesk, Holoride, etc. in a wide range of sectors (Biotech, Med-tech, Fintech, Deep Tech) with large Chinese enterprises like China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation, Geely, Farasis Energy, ZGC Group, etc.
Jing is a Partner at Fuel Ventures (FV), a leading UK early-stage venture capital fund with a focus on improving digital transactional convenience. Jing leads FV’s international investments, business development as well as fundraising and investor relations – including closing funding from Zhong Guan Cun, China’s Silicon Valley, and in 2018, She was awarded as " Venture Capital New Star" by Hurun Report. She is the only Asian female VC Partner who has been recognized as a TOP Asian Start in the UK Tech sector for three consecutive years (2023， 2022 and 2021). Jing is also a consultant to the main board of a listed company (OBOR) based in London leading their global acquisition deals, as well as an Industry Guest Professor at University College London (UCL).
Previous to her role at FV, Jing was Head of China for InvestUK –a UK investment firm specializing in facilitating FDI by helping international private clients invest in the UK enterprise economy. Jing successfully introduced 30+ FDIs into UK private enterprises worth £500m+ in funding and built long-term relationships with Chinese investors.
Jing was also an entrepreneur and founded two schools in China with 300+ students in progressive learning and delivered Cambridge International Education Accredited A-Level courses. Jing holds a master’s degree in Legal Management and Finance, as well as a B.B.A in Marketing.
