Handbuild With Clay : Altar

Ceramic Wall Altar

A quiet afternoon of clay, texture, and exploring your inner magic.

Step out of the rush and spend three hours creating something sacred by hand. In this cozy workshop, we’ll guide you through handbuilding a custom ceramic wall altar: a small sculpted sanctuary for your home to hold crystals, candles, or simple daily intentions.

This space is an invitation to explore your spiritual side and reconnect with your intuitive, feminine energy through raw clay. Using slab construction, you’ll learn to shape, join, and carve your altar, then bring it to life using colourful glazes applied directly to your piece.

What to expect:

• A calm, slow-paced atmosphere with warm tea, gentle guidance, and space to create with intention.

• A full introduction to slab-building, surface carving, and glaze painting. No prior clay experience needed.

• All tools, materials, glazes, and kiln firings included.

• Your finished piece will be fired and ready for pickup in 4–6 weeks.

Come as you are, honour your creative spirit, and make a piece of magic for your space.
