Every leader has an inner boardroom — the pleaser, the protector, the sovereign, the fighter, the one who's never enough. Jung called them the shadow. We're calling them to the table.
Over dinner, we'll play with the four archetypes — Lover, Warrior, Sovereign, Magician — and wonder which one has been running the business and which one was quietly let go. She may be exactly the one holding the energy, clarity, and insight you've been missing.
A conversation about the inner world behind everything we build. Because the strategy is rarely the hard part, the person holding it is.
