City Daze Calendar

​​​London moves fast, and it’s easy to feel disconnected: from yourself, from others and from the city around you.

​​​That’s why we started City Daze - a walking club where good conversations and mindful exploring come together. Founded by Happiness Psychologist Zoe and Mindfulness Practitioner Rose, City Daze takes you around different green spaces in London while connecting you to other people.

​​​We’ll meet at Alexandra Palace Train Station for a 90-minute walk then grab a juice/tea/coffee after. It’s free - come!
