Build a customer feedback engine with limited time and budget.
Building based on user feedback isn’t just a good skill, it’s necessary for success. This workshop, hosted by Pilea Insights, will take startups from "no" customer feedback, to an automated customer feedback routine in 2 hours.
Learn how to:
Continuously document and stay in control of your customer feedback, even with limited time.
Utilise LLMs to create insights and prototypes based on customer feedback, without compromising GDPR and privacy.
The workshop will be about building an automated feedback routine generally, but we will use Pilea to exemplify it.
All workshop participants will get to use Pileas team plan for free (150.000 credits) for three months for collecting and organizing all of their feedback.
By the end of the workshop, you'll will know how to:
Build better products by utilizing all of your customer feedback.
Save time NOT building the wrong thing.
Reduce risk and stay compliant while doing so.
