Voter Letter Writing over Gong Fu tea [public]

​Friends! Join me this Saturday to write letters to voters in swing states - one of the most effective ways to help increase turnout for the election. With the recent torch-passing in the democrat party, I’m feeling a surge of energy and hope about U.S. politics and I want to channel it into action. 😤

​What to Expect:

• ​Letter Writing ✍️: I've adopted voters to write to via Vote Forward (https://votefwd.org) and will bring all the supplies. Just show up ready to write!

• ​Gong Fu Tea 🍵: Enjoy some delicious Gong Fu tea. I'll be bringing my tea set as well as some of the best loose leaf teas in my Oolong tea collection. So there will be plenty of tasty tea to sip on while we work.

• ​Great Conversations 🗣️: We'll chat about why voting is important to us and include our personal stories in the letters to inspire others.

​How to Prepare:

• ​[Optional] Consider why U.S. politics may matters to you. What issues matter to you? How have policies impacted your life? Why is it important that our country step in a good direction?

• ​No need to bring anything. All materials and tea will be provided.

​Drop in whenever! I’ll be sticking around the Solar Punk cafe from 11 AM to 1 PM.
