I’m Trung Nguyen, a former Staff Engineer turned founder. I find the hidden assumption underneath expensive founder decisions before a team spends another sprint building around it.
I’ll be in Singapore for three days only, from 13–15 August. On Thursday, 13 August, I’m bringing my Zero to One Diagnostic workshop here for the first time.

Why this matters now
Building got cheaper. Building the wrong thing did not. AI can turn an assumption into a product in days, but it cannot tell you whether the pain is real, whether the person feeling it controls the budget or what evidence should make you stop.
This is not a lecture or a brainstorming session. We’ll pressure-test the decision underneath the build through individual work, peer interrogation and live diagnostic hot seats.
