​Gareth Quinn - Based in Northern Ireland, Gareth is an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of founding and successfully exiting two businesses over the past decade.

​In 2018, Gareth co-founded Kairos, which was later acquired by Teamworks in 2023, a leading US-based sports technology company. As GM of EMEA at Teamworks, Gareth drives growth and strategic initiatives while leading the introduction of Teamworks Intelligence—a data and analytics platform inspired by Billy Beane’s Moneyball approach, designed to enhance player recruitment strategies for football clubs.

​Andrew Trimble - Andrew is a former professional rugby player turned entrepreneur. He made his debut for Ulster Rugby in 2005, earning 229 caps across a 13-year career. Internationally, he represented Ireland with 70 caps between 2005 and 2017.

​Following his retirement from rugby in 2018, Andrew co-founded Kairos, a software company focused on optimizing performance and communication for elite sports teams. The platform quickly gained traction with Premier League football clubs as well as major franchises across MLB and the NBA. After Kairos was acquired by Teamworks Innovations in December 2023, Andrew took on the role of Senior Director of Athlete Performance, shaping the future of athlete technology and sports innovation.
