EWMD UK, a Community Interest Company (CIC) and the UK chapter of European Women’s Management Development International, is delighted to invite you to our first in-person gathering in London: AI in Leadership – Leading People, Decisions & Change in the Age of AI.
As AI becomes embedded in how organisations operate, leaders are facing a new set of questions: How do we make better decisions in an AI-enabled environment? What changes when teams work alongside intelligent systems? And which leadership capabilities become even more important as technology accelerates change?
In this interactive morning session, Volkan Abur, Founder of Nexmind3, will explore the impact of AI on leadership, decision-making, people and organisational change — moving the conversation beyond tools and technology to what AI means for leaders themselves.
The session will also provide an opportunity to meet the EWMD UK community, connect with fellow senior professionals, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders, and exchange perspectives in an intimate setting.
As EWMD UK’s first London gathering, this event marks the beginning of a new chapter: bringing together women and allies committed to leadership development, meaningful professional relationships and international exchange.
