A creative exploration of Demeter

​Demeter — goddess of grain, the mother who sustains the world. She is the golden-haired goddess of the harvest, she who makes the earth bloom and the grain rise. She is the one who searches for nine days and nine nights, torch in hand, for her lost daughter — and when she grieves, the earth itself goes cold and barren. Her symbols speak of her nature: the sheaf of wheat for nourishment, the cornucopia overflowing with abundance, the torch of the relentless search, the poppy of sleep and solace. She is the goddess of the maternal instinct — the drive to feed, to nurture, to protect, to grow. Join us in in this creative experience to explore the power of the one who nourishes, and the courage of the one who lets go.

In this session we will:

​⭐Go through a guided meditation or exercise to enter in the Goddess' realm

​⭐Have a conversation about the Goddess and her archetype

​⭐Create your own collage inspired by prompts and the things we learnt
