🌍 Our Attachment Workshop is open to participants anywhere in the world.

💛 This Workshop is for You if…

✔️ you find it hard to figure out your attachment style and want clarity on how it shapes your emotional world (you’ll take a quiz in the workshop)

✔️ you have a difficult time making sense of patterns in closeness, conflict, or communication, especially when they repeat without explanation

✔️ you often react in ways that don’t reflect your true intentions — in romantic relationships, friendships, family dynamics, or at work

✔️ you find it challenging to stay grounded and confident in connection, especially when things feel uncertain or overwhelming

✔️ you keep repeating old relationship patterns and want to show up with more clarity in future connections

✔️ you feel confused by your nervous system responses, even if you’re already in therapy or thinking about starting

✔️ you struggle to express your needs or boundaries without guilt, fear, or shutting down, and want clearer language for your emotional world

✔️ you feel overwhelmed by attachment content online, because books and endless videos haven’t given you a full picture

✔️ you want to understand yourself in a safe, supportive environment where others are exploring similar patterns

💗 About the Workshop:

Have you ever noticed how a small moment — a delayed text, a shift in tone, a feeling of closeness — can suddenly make you anxious and clingy, or wanting to pull back from any relationship? This is often your attachment system at work — the one shaped long ago in childhood through your relationship with your primary caregivers.

And if you’ve tried books or watched endless attachment-style videos and still feel confused… this trauma-informed workshop connects the full picture. You’ll finally learn your attachment style, how it impacts your day-to-day experiences, and how to understand yourself — and others — more clearly so you can navigate your relationships, all kinds of them, with more confidence and ease.

Join us today — spots are limited! Everything is explained in simple, relatable language, no psychology background needed.

✔️ Clarity on why you react with shutdown, anxiety, avoidance, or over-connection, and what those reactions are trying to protect you from

✔️ An understanding of how trauma, culture, and survival responses shape your emotional patterns and influence the way you relate to others

✔️ A safe, no-pressure environment, where sharing is optional and understanding yourself is the main goal

FAQ

1) I’m single. Is this workshop still relevant for me?
Absolutely. This workshop supports anyone who wants to understand themselves better, whether you’re single, dating, or in a long-term relationship.

2) What if I already know my attachment style? Will I learn something new? Yes. Most people only know the basic labels (anxious, avoidant, secure, disorganized).
This workshop goes far beyond that by exploring:

  • your nervous system responses

  • your window of tolerance

  • cultural influences

  • protest and shutdown patterns

  • your core relationship needs

  • why your triggers happen

  • how to regulate in real time

You’ll walk away with insight you can’t get from free online quizzes.

3) I’m not in Canada — can I still participate? Yes! This is a worldwide workshop. The session takes place in MST (Mountain Standard Time), but don’t worry — if the timing doesn’t work for you, you’ll receive a recording so you can watch it at a time that fits your schedule.

4) Is this covered by my therapy benefits or insurance Unfortunately, no. This is a workshop, so it isn’t eligible for therapy benefits or insurance coverage.

However — we designed it intentionally to offer high value at an accessible price, with limited spots to keep the experience engaging, personal, and interactive.

5) What if I can’t attend live?
No worries! Every participant will receive a recording with 7 days of access to watch — or rewatch — at their own pace.

The perk of joining live is having the chance to ask questions in the chat, engage with the facilitator, and be part of the real-time conversation.
