Cultivating Connection - An Attachment Workshop for Healthier Relationships
A live online workshop with a relationship therapist where you’ll understand your attachment style and relational needs — so you can recognize your patterns, respond differently, and build healthier connections.
Ever notice how a small moment — a delayed reply, a shift in tone, or unexpected closeness — can change how you & others show up in relationships?
You might start overthinking and reaching out for reassurance… or feel the urge to pull back and withdraw — even when neither reaction is what you actually want. This isn’t random.
It is an attachment system doing what it learned to do to protect you.
🌐 This live online relationship workshop helps you understand why different insecure patterns show up — and how to respond differently, so you can build steadier, more grounded connections.
Understanding attachment styles is a key part of that shift.
💗 This workshop is for you if you:
✔️ feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns
✔️ react in relationships in ways that don’t match your intentions (clingy, distant, hot-and-cold, disconnected)
✔️ experience anxiety, shutdown, or mixed signals in connection
✔️ want to understand your reactions and your partner’s — so communication & connection improve
✔️ You struggle to identify what you actually need – Beyond just "wanting things to be better," you have a hard time naming your core relational needs until you’re already upset.
✔️ want grounded insight without overwhelm
✔️ You’re ready to move past "memes" and into "meaning" — You want more than just a relatable quote; you want a professional framework to actually change how you show up in relationships.
💛 You’ll walk away with:
✔️ A practical workbook filled with clear explanations, an attachment style quiz, and tools you can use long after the workshop to support real, sustained change
✔️ a clear understanding of your attachment style and core relational needs — and how they show up
✔️ The ability to recognize your triggers, protest behaviours, and shutdown strategies before they take over
✔️ practical ways to pause, regulate, and choose a different response in real moments
✔️ clearer, more grounded language for expressing needs and boundaries without guilt, panic, or shutdown
✔️ a framework for understanding both your reactions and your partner’s, so communication causes less damage
✔️ a starting point for lasting change, not just insight you forget after the session

❓FAQ
1) What if I already know my attachment style? Will I learn something new? Yes. Most people only know the basic labels (anxious, avoidant, secure, disorganized).
This workshop goes far beyond that by exploring:
your nervous system responses
your window of tolerance
cultural influences
protest and shutdown patterns
your core relationship needs
why your triggers happen
how to regulate in real time
& more
You’ll walk away with insight you can’t get from free online quizzes.
2) I’m not in Canada — can I still participate? Yes! This is a worldwide workshop. The session takes place in MST (Mountain Standard Time), but don’t worry — if the timing doesn’t work for you, you’ll receive a recording so you can watch it at a time that fits your schedule.
3) Is this covered by my therapy benefits or insurance Unfortunately, no. This is a workshop, so it isn’t eligible for therapy benefits or insurance coverage.
However — we designed it intentionally to offer high value at an accessible price, with limited spots to keep the experience engaging, personal, and interactive.
4) What if I can’t attend live?
No worries! Every participant will receive a recording with 7 days of access to watch — or rewatch — at their own pace.
The perk of joining live is having the chance to ask questions in the chat, engage with the facilitator, and be part of the real-time conversation.
